CCKEYS CCKEYS Portal

Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 July 2026

These terms govern the use of the CCKEYS Portal (the "Service"), provided by Credit Card Keys Ltd of Lightning Works, Birmingham Road, Hopwood, B48 7AL, United Kingdom ("CCKEYS", "we"). By signing in you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the dealership that authorised your access (the "Customer").

1. The Service

The Service provides web-based management of the Customer's electronic key cabinets and readers, including users, keys, activity history and biometric enrolment carried out on the Customer's premises. The Service operates with the Creone KeyWin 6 platform; the physical cabinets and readers are covered by their own supply agreements.

2. Accounts and access

3. Acceptable use

4. The Customer's data

The Customer owns its data. We process it to run the Service as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Biometric templates are written directly to the Customer's door readers and are never stored by the Service.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; maintenance, our suppliers (including Microsoft Azure and Creone) or events beyond our control may cause interruption. Physical key cabinets continue to operate independently of the portal.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of data, and our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees the Customer paid for the Service in that period. The Service supports, but does not replace, the Customer's own key-security procedures.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access that we reasonably believe threatens the security of the Service or breaches these terms, and will tell the Customer why. The Customer may end its use of the Service under its agreement with us; on termination we delete Customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available here with the date above. Material changes will be notified to site owners in advance.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
